Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Spolytics Pro subscription sold by spolytics (trading as Spolytics). Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are handled through Paddle.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason.
After 30 days, contact us if something went wrong — a billing error or a duplicate charge, for example. We review these case by case.
How to request a refund
Use the link in your payment confirmation email, or look up your order at paddle.net, to request a refund. Paddle handles all billing enquiries and refunds.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the account page — 'Manage or cancel' opens the Paddle customer portal.
Cancelling stops future charges. Pro features remain available until the end of the period you already paid for.
Free access
The probability board itself is free — no account, no payment. Cancelling a subscription does not remove access to the free features.
