This site and the Spolytics service are provided by spolytics ("we", "us"), and you are contracting with spolytics. By continuing to use the site you agree to these terms. Contact: support@spolytics.io

Spolytics is an information service that turns public sports data into probability estimates. It is not a gambling service: we publish no odds or betting lines and we do not accept or broker wagers. The only payment on this site is the Spolytics Pro subscription fee described in section 3.

• The probability board is free to use with no account and no payment. Spolytics Pro is an optional paid subscription.
• The fee is $7.99 per month, exclusive of tax; VAT or sales tax may be added depending on your location. Current pricing and included features are shown on the pricing page.
• The subscription renews automatically each month and is charged to the same payment method at the start of every billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the account page, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds are governed by our refund policy (full refund within 30 days of the order date).
• We may change the price; changes are notified in advance and apply from your next renewal.

PricingRefund policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

An account is required to purchase a subscription. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

You must be 18 or older and permitted to use this site where you live. You are responsible for checking the sports wagering laws of your own jurisdiction.

You must not use the service unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property; interfere with security (malware, probing, scanning); scrape in bulk; disrupt the service; resell the data commercially; circumvent technical limits; or use the site to broker wagers.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. All intellectual property in the service — software, models, documentation, and branding — remains owned by spolytics. Reverse engineering and redistribution are not permitted.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. Upstream API delays or errors can make data incomplete or wrong, and probability estimates guarantee no outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, spolytics is not liable for financial losses or for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or damage to goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you actually paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, death, or personal injury.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where termination is not our fault, amounts already paid are refundable only within the refund policy. You may cancel your subscription and request account deletion at any time.

Team names, logos, and player names are trademarks of their respective clubs and leagues, used here for identification only. Spolytics is not affiliated with or endorsed by MLB, ESPN, or any league.

Spolytics provides none of the functions regulated by U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. §1084, the Wire Act, and UIGEA, 31 U.S.C. §5361 et seq.): we do not accept, transmit, broker, or settle bets. We publish no odds, lines, or spreads, we have no sportsbook affiliation or links, and nothing of value can be staked on an event through this site.

Washington State users: Washington's gambling statutes (RCW 9.46) prohibit online gambling and the transmission of gambling information. Spolytics does not engage in any conduct that meets Washington's definition of gambling — we take no consideration staked on an outcome, award no prize, and operate no betting account, wallet, or escrow. The subscription fee buys access to statistical software; it is not a stake, and no payout of any kind depends on the result of an event.

The probabilities on this site are informational and academic estimates computed from public data. They are not an inducement to bet and not advice on any specific wager. Users in Washington or any jurisdiction restricting online sports wagering must not use this information to place an unlawful bet.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington. We may revise these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes that disadvantage subscribers are notified before your next renewal.
